Comment
This version has not been played in concert but is based on the Bhakti-EIC-2017 version which has been performed for the short version.
Several cues have been added by splitting old sound files for more rehearsal cue points and better synchronization. Option for footpedal trigging has been added but not used.
Old files from 2005 Archive, unedited are provided for reference.

Performance notes

The files can be triggered manually or automatically : many cues have been added in this version for rehearsal and synchronization purposes.

The syntax of the score is the following :

LineNumber, {filename level_in_dB optionnal_argument} ;

For optional arguments :

  • the keyword "pass" will automatically trig the next file at the end of the current file
  • an int as a third element will fade out the previous file with the specified duration in ms

Mixing :

  • The tape has always to blend with the ensemble.
  • Loudest level @ cues 17-19
  • Be very subtle for all the resonances and spatialization effects.
  • The dynamics of the tape have to be adjusted with the ensemble, emerging sometimes but never covering. Disappearing of the tape has to be followed manually.
  • Refer to score and dynamics for precise information.
